Maryland Customers:	Standard statewide tax of 6% will be added at checkout if ordering in the state of Maryland

 

SHIPPING

 

Shipping Service:	USPS first class mail (5-7 days) sent from Maryland with insurance based on value of item and delivery confirmation
Shipping Fee:	Items under $125: Flat rate of $9 Items $125 and over: Free shipping If you would like to send an item directly to someone as a gift, we'd be happy to include a custom note for you If you need something to be rush shipped in the US, please contact us. There will be an extra fee for express shipping
International Customers:	Please contact us prior to placing order as shipping fees will vary depending on location You may be subject to import taxes, customs duties and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. The recipient must pay these additional charges for customs clearance. Customs policies vary widely from country to country; you should contact your local customs office for further information.
Processing Time              &  Order Tracking:	Orders are shipped Monday through Friday, with a processing time of 1-2 days from order being placed. You will receive an email when the item has shipped including tracking information. Customized pieces: Please contact for a case-by-case processing time estimate.

RETURNS & EXCHANGES

 

Returns are accepted within 10 days from delivery date. No returns or exchanges are accepted after this time.

Sale items, as well as items that have been sized or customized in any manner, are FINAL SALE. We recommend getting sized prior to ordering rings. Also, be aware that your ring size might fluctuate.

To make a return, you will need to contact us first for return authorization. Your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, including original packaging. Items received as a gift may be returned for store credit or exchange only. Please contact us for return authorization.

You will be responsible for paying shipping costs for returning or exchanging your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Items must be properly packaged and insured. Once the item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. Refunds will be applied to your credit card or original method of payment.

We are not responsible for items broken or damaged in transit through USPS. Every item is insured when shipped and you will need to file a claim with the postal service. For any questions regarding repairs, please contact us. Repair costs are evaluated on an individual basis.
